In your tip #4 - can you share where the grey square floor tile with white triangles is from?? I love it!!

I'm so sorry, I can't remember where we sourced that one from.

Love the tips. Don’t the smaller tiles with all the grout in showers make a spot for more mold to potentially grow? Maybe it just looks nicer than larger tiles though so the beauty wins ?:)

thanks Jessica! You're right, more grout lines can mean more maintenance, but the smaller tiles do give that nice, detailed look. We typically try to use smaller tiles on the floor because they need to be sloped for the drain, but you could definitely use a 4" tile to create less grout lines.

I love all your shower tips and would like to add one more. I deciding where to put your storage. I suggest putting your niche somewhere other than the back wall. If you think ahead to what it will look like in your shower. The messiest place is the niche and it is best to not make it the focal point of your shower. I like to put them on the side where you don’t see them until you’re actually showering! Mostly underneath or to the side of the shower head.

Thank you so much for sharing this great tip! That’s such a great point about the niche placement—I love the idea of putting it where it’s less visible when you first walk in, but still super practical when you're using it.

All great tips! Do you have a suggestion for ideal shower dimensions? Designing a bathroom and want the shower to feel comfortable but not too big. Deciding between 3' x 5' or 4' x 4' and not sure what will look best. Thanks!
