If you don't specify certain things during your remodel or build, your contractor or subcontractors may assume what is typically done rather than what your design or vision is.
Thank you for validating my feelings about Schluter trim lol. I work as design consultant for remodeling company and the contractors are always trying to push for Schluter and it Drives. Me. Crazy. I always prefer pencil trim when it is an option
