Hi, my name is Sara and I’m a stylist and designer for W Design. I’m a pisces, art lover, cinephile, snack enthusiast, and antique-loving 25 year old. On Tuesday nights you can catch me at the movie theater, on Wednesdays you can catch me at trivia night, and on the weekends you can catch me getting the combo meal at Crown Burger. I am a “recovering” shopaholic, so you can trust me when I say that the items I recommend are tried and true.
I was late to the game in watching the series “A Small Light” but boy am I glad I watched it. It’s the story of Miep Gies (my hero), who helped hide the Anne Frank family. It’s incredibly moving and a story of strength, highlighting the good and bad of humanity. It is one of the most beautiful shows I’ve seen and is great for the whole family to watch.
#2 Dainty Hoop Earrings $13.98
I haven’t taken these earrings off since I bought them last July. They are timeless, add the perfect “dainty” touch and are great quality. I have the 7mm in gold.
#3 Uniqlo Socks $4.90
These socks have been on rotation for the last few months. I have 3 colors but my favorite is the red-orange. I may or may not have given them as gifts to everyone this past Christmas. Side note: they are men’s so they run large.
#4 Gorjana Signet Ring $80
I don’t wear much jewelry besides the earrings I mentioned before and this ring. This signet ring is one of two that I wear daily. I got it engraved with my initial which makes it extra special.
#5 Saie Lip Gloss Oil $22
The best lip oil you’ll ever buy. I repeat. The best lip oil you’ll ever buy. Smooth, moisturizing, glossy, what more could you ask for?
#6 The Foster Cardigan $58
I received this sweater as a gift and it has instantly become one of my favorites. I love the small buttons and the natural color. I won’t be taking it off anytime soon! (Note: it runs a little large)
#7 Salt Lake City Book $42
This might be my favorite purchase of 2023. I picked it up at Curriculum on 9th and 9th. The book is filled with various restaurants, shops, hikes, and activities to do in Salt Lake City (basically an encyclopedia of all things that make SLC special). I bought it for myself but it also makes a great gift. Now all of my weekends consist of good food and fun shops!
