We’re sharing the concepts and inspiration behind this new construction home located in an area locals refer to as “the avenues”. The Avenues is a historic area that houses the oldest homes in Salt Lake City and Utah. The developer wanted a more modern home but something that still felt appropriate for the area. To blend both requests, we picked one of our favorite architectural styles that is rooted in history but has transitioned to the modern aesthetic beautifully… Belgian architecture.
